To upgrade and renew your license by Proficiency Exam:   

• Salesperson to Broker need to pass the exam and complete 18 hours of CE (9 core and 9 elective).
• Broker to Managing Broker  need to pass the exam and 30 hours of CE (9 core, 9 elective, and 12 broker management when it becomes available).

• Salesperson to Broker need to pass the self study 30 hour course exam (No CE, No state test, No proficiency exam).
• Broker to Managing Broker need to pass the self study 45 hour course exam (No state test, No proficiency exam) and 18 hrs. of CE (9 core and 9 elective).
