At checkout, self study students will choose to download the materials or have them emailed or delivered/mailed. The Broker Management book (Illinois Broker Management by Laurie MacDougal) is not available for download or email (only available as a hard copy book). If you need one you will be able to order it at checkout and it will be delivered/mailed. All sample exams plus additional broker management materials are available for download or email.

If you would like to take advantage of our online courses, after ordering you can go to Sure Win CE's "Online Course Site" to get started. The first time you visit, you have to enter a generic id and generic password (these will be found in your order confirmation email). After log in, you will go to a registration page to fill out some basic information and create a password (this will create your personal log in information for future visits). It is a separate site from this one so you will need to register there also. Once completed you will be taken to your online courses. When you return for future visits you will use your email and new password. Site access and course expiration is April 30th. The course ebooks and sample exams are part of the online courses.

SURE WIN CE ONLINE COURSE SITE

For every 3 hours of CE, you must pass with a score of 70% or better, a 25 question closed book exam. All course exams are included in the price. You will need to provide a current photo I.D., social security #, and real estate license #.

Self Study Students have 4 options:

Testing in your office with a group of 5 or more,
Set up Proctored exams,
Take the exams at the SURE WIN INC. office by appointment, or
Come to one of our general exam locations on the day, date and time listed and take one, some or all your exams See below for a list of locations, days, dates and times. Please call a few days in advance so we know you are coming.

Students who order a combination of Classroom and Self Study can complete all their CE exams at the end of their classroom day, or just do their class exam and then complete their self study exam(s) as per the options above.

PRICE INCLUDES THE $41 REEF EXAM FEE. If you DO NOT have the original Illinois Broker Management book by Laurie MacDougal (same book as last time) or your real estate license number is higher than 475.117700 you need to purchase the original text book at checkout for an additional $15. The original text book in not available for download. It is only available hard copy. There is also a supplement that can be downloaded for free or purchased at checkout for $10. The Core and elective books are included if you request them. Package also comes with a downloadable/emailed broker management powerpoint presentation, pre-quizzes, pre-tests and sample exams for all the core and elective courses.
