For the proficiency exam you will be required to show 2 forms of ID, 1 must be a current photo ID. The exam is timed and you are allowed 1-1/2 hours to complete. The Broker exam is 50 multiple choice questions, the Managing Broker exam is 70 multiple choice questions and passing is 75% or better. There are no math questions. You get 1 chance to take it. Online exams are graded immediately. Prohibited items during the exams include but not limited to (these will be collected before the exam and given back after completion); Aids of any kind including books, calculators, dictionaries, papers including scratch paper, or other reference materials; cell phones, pdas, computers, pagers, cameras, radios, or headset devices; purses and briefcases; hats and outerwear; food and drinks; plus anything that could be used to cheat with or compromise the exam.

THE PROFICIENCY EXAM IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO TAKE UNTIL 3/15/12.

PROCTORED TESTING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE PROFICIENCY EXAM.

PROFICIENCY EXAM REVIEW CLASSES: Broker to Managing Broker classes are from 9:30 to 3:00 (includes 1 hour for lunch). Salesperson to Broker classes are from 11:00 to 3:00 (includes 1 hour for lunch). Instructor Dean Scherwinski. The proficiency exam will begin about 3:00 p.m. and you are allowed up to 1-1/2 hours to take it.
