At checkout you choose; download books, or have them emailed, or delivered/mailed. Upon ordering you can go to Sure Win's Online Course Site where you can view and/or download ebooks and sample exams, access online coursework, and watch video reviews of each course (your order confirmation email has instructions). Note: Core B (LIRE) ebook and sample exams are available but no video reviews or online coursework.  

• Salespersons who upgraded to Broker by proficiency exam must complete 18 hours (9 core & 9 elective) for your 4/30/12 renewal. 
  
• Salespersons who upgraded to Broker by 30 hour course, NO CE is required. 
  
• Brokers licensed before 4/30/11 who do not upgrade need 12 hours (6 core & 6 elective) for your 4/30/12 renewal. 
  
• Brokers who upgrade to Managing Broker need 18 hours (9 core & 9 elective) for your 4/30/13 renewal (Managing Brokers who upgraded by proficiency exam also need a 12 hour Broker Management course when available. It does not need to be completed until 4/30/2013. We will offer it after 5/1/12 as per state regulations).
