• The proctor will not be compensated by Sure Win Inc. for administering the exams.
• The proctor will give the exam at a place and time that is conducive to taking an exam (e.g. quiet environment, adequate lighting, etc.). The exams may be taken all at one time or at different times.
• The proctor shall be present for the exam, eliminate as many interruptions and distractions as possible.
• This IS NOT an open book test.  The proctor shall prohibit any cheating or misconduct before, during or after the exam including, but not limited to, the use of books, notes, phone calls, discussions with others, leaving the testing area, sending or receiving information electronically, and copying or making notes of the exams.  Any willingness to allow cheating or misconduct constitutes shared guilt by the proctor, a violation of the Real Estate License Act.
• This is a TIMED EXAM.  15 minutes for each 25 questions. The computer will stop the exam if not completed within the time frame. For their 12 hours of CE a licensee will take four 25 question exams.
• The proctor does not grade and is not expected to understand any content of the exams. The exams are graded upon completion and the result displayed for the student.
• The proctor can administer testing for more than one licensee at the same time or different times.  A Proctor must be registered with Sure Win Inc. for each licensee they administer exams for.

Exam Results

• Agents must score a grade of 70% or better for each exam to pass.
• The exams are graded immediately and results given.  Exam outcomes:
  • If the agent passes their exams they are finished.
  • If the agent fails an exam, they are allowed for one retake for failed exams within 30 days. The computer will automatically reset the exam so the can take it now or later.
  • If an agent fails an exam twice they must contact Sure Win Inc. to continue.

Broker Management Proctors

• The Broker Management course is a paper exam. An acceptable time limit for this exam is 45 to 60 minutes.
• Your registration information needs be registered with the IDFPR, therefore delaying the proctor approval time up to as much as 10 business days.
• Upon approval Sure Win Inc. will mail you an answer sheet, instructions, and 2 stamped addressed envelopes. Upon receipt of these materials you will need to contact Sure Win CE to verify and to receive the exam by email.  Then you can print and administer the exams at the agreed upon time and place.
• When administering the exam you will fill out all your required information, sign, verify the agent’s ID, and record the starting time on the answer sheet before the start of the exam. You will also make sure all the other information on the front of the answer sheet is correctly and completely filled out by the agent before the start of the exam.
• Upon completion of the exam, you will verify all the information is filled out completely and legibly, record the ending time, and collect the exam and answer sheet. You will then need to make a copy of the answer sheet and immediately mail the original to the IL. Real Estate Education Foundation (REEF) and the copy to Sure Win Inc. The exam and instructions are to be destroyed immediately by shredding. IF YOU FAIL TO HAVE THE ENTIRE ANSWER SHEET PROPERLY FILLED OUT AND/OR TIMELY MAILED, OR DO NOT DESTROY THE EXAM YOU AND THE LICENSEE WILL BE FINED $100.00 plus $250 PER WEEK BY REEF.
• Once REEF receives the original answer sheet, they will grade it, notify the agent of the results, and report passing grades to the IDFPR.

You fully acknowledge having read the above Rules and Process Requirements. Any violation will result in the invalidation of the exams and penalties under law.  You also certify that you are a disinterested 3^rd party, not related to the licensee(s) by blood or marriage, over age 21, speak English, and will abide by and follow the rules and processes above.
