The initial license for real estate sales in Illinois is a Brokers license. To qualify for a Brokers license you must be 21 or older, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be of good moral character, complete 90 hours of Broker License education, pass the State exam with a score of 75% or better then get sponsored by a Sponsoring Broker.
- Our 90 hour, 6 week Broker License Hybrid Education package consists of 1/2 classroom and 1/2 self study (IL. lic. #513.001260 and IL. lic. #513.001261). The classes are conducted live in real time and broadcast via the internet from Sure Win’s Des Plaines office to multiple locations and students. Class locations exchange full audio, visual, and chat communication. They provide for live interaction and questions between the students and instructor. Attendance and participation are required.
- Upon ordering you will receive an order confirmation/receipt email and another email with class materials in the week prior to the first class. The course text book will be provided at the first class. All materials are included in the price.
- To complete the courses you must pass a 125 and 25 question closed book multiple choice exam with a score of 75% or better. All exams are included in the price. You will need to provide a current photo I.D. and real estate license # to take the exams. If you fail an exam we allow for 1 FREE retake within 30 days. If you fail an exam a second time you are required to pay a fee of $50 for two more chances. If you fail an exam 4 times you must redo the course.
- The exams can be taken at our location by appointment or online with a proctor. For details of online proctored exams see our "PROCTORS" page. Once you pass the final that course is complete. Once you complete both courses we will report it to AMP (the service that the Illinois contracts with for real estate license exams) so you can schedule your State exam (State exam is currently $46 and not included in cost).
- Sure Win students receive FREE online exam prep software through Exam Smart. Sign up for the 90 hour Broker License education, pass both courses and you will receive a License Key to use the Exam Smart online program for FREE (regularly $49).
- Both courses must be completed within 270 days from registration.

- Our 90 hour Broker License Online Education package consists of 2 courses. A 75 hour topics online course (INCLUDES AN ONLINE COURSE provided through our associate, RE Campus. PLUS a PRINTED BOOK. IL. lic. #513.001260). Plus the 15 hour Interactive class (IL. lic. #513.001261).
- Upon completing the 75 hour topics course you can schedule your 15 hour interactive class. For current class dates and locations scroll down to the Broker License 15 hour Interactive Class below. Locations consistently rotate to different offices throughout Illinois. We also provide
online video conferencing where you can attend the class from your location or if a class is not scheduled when you are ready we can work with you one on one. The cost is included in this package so you call to schedule when you are ready.

- If you purchased one of Sure Win's 90 hour Broker License education packages the cost of the interactive class is included, so call to register when and where you would like to attend for no charge. If you completed the 75 hour Broker License Topics course at another school you can register below.
