Proficiency Exam Pass Report

  1. There will not be anything sent to you. There is no place on the State web site to look this up. The only record of your passing is posted here. 
  2. For all Broker upgrades all CE must be completed before submitting your application. State fee: $275 plus a $2 service fee for online usage. 
  3. Managing Brokers need to upgrade by 4/30/12. No CE is required until the 4/30/13 renewal.  State fees: $150 upgrade (plus a $2 service fee for online).

You have 2 options to upgrade:

At the top of the state page is a link that says “(click here for the online application)” which will let you apply online. Note: If you know you have passed but at any screen you are given a message that no records are found and you are not allowed to continue, contact us so we can find out where the glitch in reporting is (answer card error, AMP or State).

OR

You can click on the appropriate application form, print it, fill everything out correctly, and mail it with the correct fee to the address provided. Upon receiving your application the IDFPR with issue your new license. Be patient this way could take up to 8 weeks.
