What do the SURE WIN courses include? 

All materials needed are included for the self study courses!  All materials needed are included for the classroom courses!  All exams, testing, certificates/transcripts, and reporting are included!  All tax,shipping and handling charges are included!  The only thing missing is you.

When does Sure Win schedule interactive courses? 

Upon completing the self study portion of your course, contact Sure Win and we will work with you to schedule either one on one and/or video conference classes with other Sure Win students.

What is a video conference class? 

Sure Win utilizes online tools to bring together their students who live to far apart to attend a traditional class. This is done through online video conferencing. You can attend from your location while we conduct class from our office. All you need is a web cam and internet connection.

Do I have to take exams? 

The IDFPR requires for every 3 hours of continuing education you must take an proctored 25 question closed book exam and pass it with a score of 70% or better. For every 15 hours of pre-licensing education you must take an proctored 25 question closed book exam and pass it with a score of 75% or better.

What if I fail an exam? 

If you fail an exam we allow for 1 free retake within 30 days at no charge.  If you fail an exam a second time you will be required to pay a fee or re-purchase the course to continue. Click on our "School Polices" for full details.

What happens when I pass my exam? 

Upon passing a CE exam(s), your successful completion will be reported to the IDFPR and you will receive Certificates of Completion. Upon passing a pre-licensing exam(s), your successful completion will be reported to AMP.

Do I need CE certificates to renew my license? 

CE Certificates are for your records only, DO NOT send them in with your renewal, you can renew your license even BEFORE you receive your Certificates of Completion.
