For every 3 hours of CE, you must pass with a score of 70% or better, a 25 question closed book exam.  All course exams are included in the price.  You will need to provide a current photo I.D., social security #, and real estate license #.

Classroom Students

Immediately following each class there will be the exam to complete your CE.  You must take the exam at that time unless prior arrangements have been made.

Combination Students

Students who order a combination of Classroom and Home Study CE can complete all their exams at the end of their classroom day, or just do their class exam and then complete your other exam(s) as per the Home Study or Online course options.
